Hello Everyone—
I know you all just wrapped up your gathering - I hope you’re as thrilled as I am with the recent updates. Last time I sent you all a message, I stated the following: “I believe in this team. You all are some of the most motivated and innovative creators we have had the chance to partner with - and we’re excited for that partnership to persist.”
Through your commitment and flexibility, especially over the past twelve months, you continue to prove that.
The community feedback from last fall’s Project ETHOS playtest was enlightening. It validated the promise of a action-packed game but told us we still had refinements needed. It uncovered the requirement for a more distinct brand.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve advanced. You took the criticism to heart and overhauled the title with a renewed goal - one that’s poised to deliver on its ambition to our players.
Our confidence in Project ETHOS increases every day. To further the remarkable development you’ve made, It is a pleasure to announce the new hire as the incoming Director of the team. Following several months of discussions, he officially joins us on next week.
Ben’s management and experience in the competitive gaming space is considerable, having dedicated the recent years producing and overseeing some of the most recognizable franchises in the industry, including Call of Duty: Black Ops, and lately, Apex Legends.
Please join me in receiving Ben in the coming days. We are all excited to continue seeing the progress of the game in the months to follow.
